For the Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • Water (to thin, if necessary) Add one tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried dill.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If the dressing is too thick, add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.
  5. Serve over salads or as a dip for vegetables.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Stays fresh for about 5-7 days. Stir before serving as it may separate over time.
