Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, chopped celery, grapes, sliced almonds, dill, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Serve chilled, either on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Stir well before serving again.
