  • 2 pieces lemons (juiced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over it.
  2. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For the best flavor, marinate the chicken for at least an hour, or even overnight. Bone-in thighs stay juicier than boneless options. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken's internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) for safety.
