  • 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice About 565 grams
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted About 113 grams

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Assembly
  1. Spread the crushed pineapple with juice evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle the dry yellow cake mix evenly over the pineapple.
  3. Drizzle the melted unsalted butter over the top of the cake mix.
Baking
  1. Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes, until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes
