- Stir in the cream and let simmer gently, allowing flavors to meld.
- Add the spices to the sauce and toss in the gnocchi, simmering for about 3-5 minutes.
- Just before serving, add the diced mozzarella to the pot, letting it melt slightly.
Notes
Serve hot and garnish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Add cream or water when reheating.
