  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation
  1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook until they become golden brown, stirring occasionally (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese is melted and the mushrooms are well-coated.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave until warmed through.
