  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
  2. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Leftover Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place it in an oven set to 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until warmed through. Avoid using the microwave, as it can make the cauliflower soggy. For extra flavor, consider adding spices like paprika, cumin, or Italian herbs when tossing the cauliflower.
