  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss until the cauliflower is evenly coated.
Roasting
  1. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  2. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
Serving
  1. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley if desired, and serve warm.
