Ingredients
  

Chicken and Coating
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For coating
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking the chicken
Rotini and Sauce
  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, for sauce
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish Optional for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix chicken pieces, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Cooking Rotini
  1. In a separate pot, cook rotini according to package instructions; drain.
Making the Sauce
  1. In the skillet, add heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing to a simmer.
  2. Stir in remaining Parmesan until melted.
Combining
  1. Combine rotini with the creamy sauce and cooked chicken.
  2. Stir until well coated.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
