  • 1/4 cup honey Can substitute with maple syrup or agave.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in the crock pot and pour the honey garlic mixture over them.
