  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces Choose a tender cut for best flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter Use fresh garlic butter if possible.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish) Optional for garnish.
For the Tortellini
  • 1 package tortellini (fresh or frozen) Follow package instructions for cooking.
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce Store-bought or homemade.
For Serving
  • Vegetables or garlic bread For serving.

Method
 

Cooking Steak Bites
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the garlic butter.
  2. Add the bite-sized steak pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the steak until it’s cooked to your desired level of doneness, approximately 3-4 minutes.
Cooking Tortellini
  1. While the steak is cooking, prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions.
  2. Once the tortellini is cooked, drain it and toss it with the creamy Alfredo sauce until it’s well-coated.
Plate and Serve
  1. Plate a generous portion of the creamy tortellini and top it with the garlic butter steak bites.
  2. Garnish the dish with chopped parsley and serve with a side of steamed vegetables or warm garlic bread.

Notes

To keep leftovers fresh, store the dish in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of cream or milk to the Alfredo sauce to maintain its creaminess. This dish isn’t recommended for freezing.
