Cooking Steak Bites
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the garlic butter.
- Add the bite-sized steak pieces and season them with salt and pepper.
- Sear the steak until it’s cooked to your desired level of doneness, approximately 3-4 minutes.
Cooking Tortellini
- While the steak is cooking, prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions.
- Once the tortellini is cooked, drain it and toss it with the creamy Alfredo sauce until it’s well-coated.
Plate and Serve
- Plate a generous portion of the creamy tortellini and top it with the garlic butter steak bites.
- Garnish the dish with chopped parsley and serve with a side of steamed vegetables or warm garlic bread.
Notes
To keep leftovers fresh, store the dish in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of cream or milk to the Alfredo sauce to maintain its creaminess. This dish isn’t recommended for freezing.
