- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the lemon juice.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, ideally with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter. Can also be served over rice or pasta. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
