  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped into small florets Should be chopped small for even cooking
  • 4 tablespoons butter For cooking and flavor
  • 3-4 cloves garlic, minced Adjust to taste
  • 1 medium onion, diced For flavor base

  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish) Can use parsley or cilantro

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, cooking until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Add the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
  4. Stir in the cauliflower florets and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and let cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender.
  6. Adjust seasoning if necessary and garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 3 months. Reheat before serving.
