  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Can substitute with fresh thyme for a vibrant flavor.
  • to taste Salt Adjust according to preference.
  • to taste Pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
Cooking
  1. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Once cooked, remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes.
Serving
  1. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
