  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup garlic butter
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package crescent roll dough

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spread some garlic butter over each triangle.
  5. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a handful of cheese on each triangle.
  6. Roll up each triangle tightly, starting from the wide end.
  7. Place the rollups on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with your choice of toppings.

Notes

Make sure to drain the excess fat from the beef to keep the rollups from getting soggy. Experiment with different types of cheese for a unique flavor. For a bit of spice, add some chopped jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce to the beef mixture.
