  • 1/2 cup Butter Unsalted butter recommended.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice Freshly squeezed.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper To taste.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped, optional for garnish.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the garlic butter over the fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
