  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
  4. Pour the garlic butter over the chicken, coating evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For juicier chicken, brine the breasts in a saltwater solution for 30 minutes prior to cooking. You can also grill the chicken instead of baking.
