Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- In a baking dish, place the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
- Pour the garlic butter over the chicken, coating evenly.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For juicier chicken, brine the breasts in a saltwater solution for 30 minutes prior to cooking. You can also grill the chicken instead of baking.
