  • 2 slices slices of garlic bread
  • 2 slices slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (for grilling) Can substitute with olive oil for a different flavor.
Optional Garnish
  • to taste herbs (parsley, oregano) For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread butter on the outer sides of the garlic bread.
Grilling
  1. Place one slice of garlic bread on the skillet, add cheese on top, and cover with the second slice of garlic bread.
  2. Grill until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot, optionally garnished with herbs.

Notes

Serve alongside tomato soup or salad for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
