Preparation
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on the outer sides of the garlic bread.
Grilling
- Place one slice of garlic bread on the skillet, add cheese on top, and cover with the second slice of garlic bread.
- Grill until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot, optionally garnished with herbs.
Notes
Serve alongside tomato soup or salad for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
