Ingredients
  

For the Marinade
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or tenderloin) Cut into bite-sized cubes.

Method
 

Marinate the Steak
  1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes and add to the marinade, making sure all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
Cook the Steak Bites
  1. Place a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of olive oil if desired.
  2. Remove the steak from the marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Add steak bites in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preference.
  3. Once cooked to your liking, remove the steak bites from the heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve and Enjoy
  1. Transfer the steak bites to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  2. These steak bites pair beautifully with roasted vegetables, a fresh salad, or a side of quinoa for a complete meal.
