  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 medium orange, segmented
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can be substituted with agave syrup for vegan option.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves For garnish

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, banana, and orange.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lemon juice until well blended.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat the pieces evenly.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes
