- In another bowl, mix together the cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
Combine Mixtures
- Combine the thickened chia mixture with the chocolate-peanut butter mixture, stirring until evenly mixed.
Freeze
- Pour the mixture into a container and spread it out evenly.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until solid.
- Scoop out and enjoy as a refreshing treat!
Notes
Store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature before scooping if it becomes too hard.
