Ingredients
  

Popsicle Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Can substitute with regular sugar, but may affect texture.
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream Heavy whipping cream is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coating
  • Graham cracker crumbs For coating the pops.
  • Lollipop sticks To hold the pops.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds or cups, inserting lollipop sticks.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serving
  1. Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds and roll them in graham cracker crumbs before serving.

Notes

These pops can be served on a platter or packed in lunch boxes. Topping with fresh fruits or drizzling melted chocolate can enhance the treat.
