Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture along with the vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into molds or cups, inserting lollipop sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serving
- Once frozen, remove the pops from the molds and roll them in graham cracker crumbs before serving.
Notes
These pops can be served on a platter or packed in lunch boxes. Topping with fresh fruits or drizzling melted chocolate can enhance the treat.
