Method
 

Preparation and Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  5. Add the chopped cabbage, stirring well to combine, and cook until the cabbage is wilted and tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, mix well, and season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

For serving, this dish pairs well with rice or quinoa, and can be garnished with fresh herbs like parsley or sesame seeds. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
