Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons honey Can be substituted with agave syrup or maple syrup.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Alternative citrus juices can be used.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the honey and lemon juice together until well combined.
  3. Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

Best enjoyed shortly after preparation. Store in an airtight container for up to an hour. For longer storage, keep fruits separate to maintain freshness.
