  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon Can substitute with pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg.
  • 1 tablespoon butter For greasing the muffin tin.
Toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin with butter.
  2. Cut each slice of bread into quarters and press them into the cup of the muffin tin to form a crust.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cups.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cups are golden and puffed.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave for 15-30 seconds or warm in the oven at 300°F (150°C) for 5-10 minutes.
