Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking pan.

- In another bowl, whisk together honey, sour cream, melted butter, milk, and egg.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving, and enjoy warm with butter and honey.
Notes
