  • 4 pieces egg whites
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cooking spray or butter (for the pan) Use for greasing the skillet

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, whisk together egg whites, milk, flour, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, tilting to coat the bottom evenly.
  4. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Remove the crepe from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter.
  6. Fill each crepe with your favorite fruits or yogurt, roll or fold, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Layer parchment paper between crepes to prevent sticking. Reheat on a skillet or microwave.
