Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, oats, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter or oil.
Cooking
  1. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
