Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, maple syrup, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and baking soda until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Consider serving warm with vanilla ice cream or drizzled with chocolate or caramel sauce. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature or refrigerate for up to a week.
