Ingredients
  

For the Fish Bites
  • 1 pound fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • as needed Olive oil spray For coating
For Creamy Garlic Aioli
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Dip each piece of fish into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Baking
  1. Place the coated fish bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Making Aioli
  1. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serving
  1. Serve fish bites hot with the garlic aioli on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze and reheat in the oven.
