  • 2 tablespoons sriracha Adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 piece bell pepper, diced
  • 1 piece onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Important for flavor depth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Can substitute with tamari for gluten-free
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil For sautéing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Cooked rice Serve over a bed of rice

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the ground chicken, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir in sriracha, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, and cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  5. Add the diced bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes until tender.
  6. Serve over cooked rice.

Notes

Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds for extra flavor. Pairs well with steamed vegetables or light salad.
