  • 4 cups coleslaw mix Shredded cabbage and carrots.
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated Adjust to taste.
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat the sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add the coleslaw mix and soy sauce, stirring to combine.
  5. Cook until the veggies are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.

Notes

Can serve with rice or quinoa for a more filling option. Avoid freezing leftovers as the vegetables may lose texture upon thawing.
