  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh rosemary Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh thyme Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper Adjust to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Rub the herb butter generously over the turkey breast, ensuring good coverage on all sides.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan, skin side up.
Cooking
