Method
 

Cooking Noodles
  1. In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-4 minutes).
Stir-frying Vegetables
  1. While noodles are cooking, prepare the sliced vegetables.
  2. In a separate pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they soften.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Drain the cooked noodles and add them to the pan with the vegetables.
  2. Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger; toss everything together to combine and heat through.
  3. Serve hot, topped with optional ingredients like sliced green onions, boiled egg, or chili flakes.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a pot over low heat with a splash of water.
