Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Pour the canned peaches (with juice) evenly over the batter.
Baking
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in microwave or oven.
