- In a bowl, combine ground meat, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture into the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Fold the wrappers and seal them (no complicated folding required).
Cooking
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the dumplings.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then add a small amount of water and cover to steam for a few minutes.
- Serve hot with chili oil or your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For uncooked dumplings, freeze them for up to a month. Reheat cooked dumplings by pan-frying again until heated through.
