Layering
- In a large trifle dish or individual cups, layer lemon curd, followed by the cheesecake mixture, and then blueberries.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream and a sprinkle of blueberries on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days. Assemble a day in advance for better flavor development, adding whipped cream and blueberries just before serving.
