  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or thyme) Choose herbs based on preference.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, olive oil, and fresh herbs.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the Dijon herb sauce over each fillet.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place the salmon in the oven at a low temperature.
