  • 1 package Lil Smokies sausage
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the Lil Smokies, baby potatoes, and green beans in the crockpot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients in the crockpot.
  4. Stir to combine.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
Serving
  1. Serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months. Clean and cut potatoes evenly for best cooking results.
