Preparation
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or a double boiler until smooth. If using a microwave, heat in short intervals to prevent scorching.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

- Spoon the mixture into serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
