Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover or rotisserie chicken.
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps Whole wheat or spinach tortillas can be used.
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup cheese, shredded Optional ingredient.
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing Or use your favorite sauce.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and ranch dressing. Mix well.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly.
  4. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately, or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or enjoy cold. Customize with extra veggies or different sauces for variety.
