  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1 to taste pepper
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the mixture, ensuring they’re evenly covered.
  4. Place the chicken in a baking dish, surrounding it with fresh cherry tomatoes and spinach.

  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
