  • 4 large flour tortillas Use gluten-free tortillas if needed.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, black beans, corn, salsa, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
Assembling
  1. Place a portion of the chicken mixture on each tortilla, top with shredded cheese, and fold in the sides before rolling it up tightly.
  2. Place the burritos seam side down in a baking dish.
Baking (optional)
  1. If desired, bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-15 minutes until warmed through and cheese is melted.
  2. Serve with sour cream and guacamole on the side.

Notes

For the best experience, serve warm with fresh toppings such as chopped cilantro, sliced jalapeños, or diced avocados.
