Ingredients
  

Pasta and Cheeses
  • 12 pieces Jumbo pasta shells
  • 15 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 16 oz Mozzarella cheese Shredded
Meat and Sauces
  • 1 lb Ground beef Cooked and seasoned
  • 24 oz Marinara sauce
Seasonings and Oils
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For cooking
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
Cooking the Filling
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook until browned.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with ricotta cheese until well combined.
Assembling the Dish
  1. Stuff each pasta shell with the beef and ricotta mixture.
  2. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish, then arrange the stuffed shells on top of the sauce.
  3. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the shells and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Baking
  1. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  2. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For variations, consider using ground turkey, adding vegetables to the ricotta mixture, or using Alfredo sauce instead of marinara.
