Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
Sauces and Seasonings
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Can use gluten-free soy sauce if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce Check for gluten-free options if necessary.
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon pepper Adjust to taste.
Cooking Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil Divided for cooking.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the beef slices with cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
Cook Beef
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef and stir fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook Vegetables
  1. In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for 3-5 minutes.
Combine and Serve
  1. Return the beef to the skillet, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and cook for an additional 2 minutes until heated through.
  2. Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

For garnishing, consider sesame seeds or sliced green onions. Customize by adding different proteins or veggies!
