Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken.
  6. Place the chicken in a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing; garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

Leftover chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze the chicken for up to 3 months.
