Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Squeeze lemon juice over the chicken.
- Place the chicken in a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing; garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Leftover chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze the chicken for up to 3 months.
