Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the ground pork or chicken, chopped napa cabbage, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Wet the edges of the wrapper with a little water, fold it over, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Repeat the filling and sealing process until all wrappers are filled.
Cooking
- Steam the dumplings for about 15-20 minutes, or until the meat is fully cooked.
- Serve with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For storage, keep leftover dumplings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze uncooked dumplings for up to 3 months.
