Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 24 pieces Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Use room temperature for smoother mixing.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Coating and Drizzles
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/4 cup red candy melts, melted For drizzling.
  • 1/4 cup green candy melts, melted For drizzling.
  • to taste Christmas sprinkles Optional, for decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until firm.
Coating
  1. Melt the white chocolate chips and dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  2. Return the coated truffles to the baking sheet.
  3. Melt the red and green candy melts separately and drizzle over the white chocolate-coated truffles.
  4. Add Christmas sprinkles, if desired, while the candy melts are still wet.
  5. Chill again until the coating is set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. They can be frozen for up to three months if stored properly.
