  • 1 cup dill pickles, chopped

  • 8 pieces taco shells Corn tortillas or lettuce wraps are alternatives.
  • Toppings of choice (lettuce, tomato, etc.) Customize to your taste.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and ranch seasoning until well coated.
  2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Fill each taco shell with the seasoned chicken mixture.
  2. Top with chopped dill pickles and shredded cheese.
  3. Place tacos in the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted and tacos are crispy, about 3-4 minutes.

Notes

Store leftover chicken mixture and toppings separately. Reheat chicken mixture in a skillet and crisp up taco shells in the oven before assembling.
