Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped dill pickles, red onion, and celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and mix until well combined.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve garnished with fresh dill if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Stir well before serving again.
